Abstract submission and oral presentation
All participants of the PhDiaFusion 2019 Summer School are kindly asked to submit a short abstract. Student presentation should not exceed 15 minutes including discussion (typically 12 minutes of presentation and 3 minutes of discussion). The invited lecturers are kindly requested to prepare presentation up to 1 hour (including discussion). In addition, the invited lecturers may also prepare tutorial up to 0.5 hour (including discussion). The deadline for abstract submission is 14th of April, 2019 (extended). The abstracts will be published in the Book of Abstracts which will be distributed among the school participants. For abstract preparation please follow the instructions given in phdia_abstract_template.doc file or in phdia_abstract_template.pdf file. The abstract prepared in doc or pdf format should be sent by e-mail to phdia2019@ifj.edu.pl address. Please include your first and last name in the title of file. The abstracts submitted by students will be evaluated by the Scientific Committee.
Scholarship for PhD students funded by IFJ PAN
There is also a limited number of scholarships available for PhD students funded by the IFJ PAN. Those granted with the scholarships will have the full cost of participation and travel expenses covered by the IFJ PAN. In order to apply for the scholarship, please send an application letter along with an abstract of your oral contribution to phdia2019@ifj.edu.pl and complete the on-line registration form below before 14th of April, 2019.

All participants of the PhDiaFusion 2019 conference (except the PhD students applying for the scholarship) are kindly requested to complete the on-line registration form below before 17th of May, 2019. Please use english characters if possible.

Proceedings
The selected school proceedings will be published in Journal of Fusion Energy. The deadline for the manuscript submission is 7th of June, 2019 (last day of the conference).
Payments
The full cost of
participation is
2500 PLN or 600
EUR
- early
payment. The money must be paid in Polish zloty (PLN) or in
Euro
(EUR).
The
current exchange rate can be checked at the National
Bank of Poland (NBP). The fee covers conference
materials, accommodation, full board, transfer from
Kraków to Niepołomice
and
back and conference dinner. The
deadline for early payment of the fee is 30th
of April,
2019.
After
this
date the fee equals 3000 PLN or 700 EUR.
Payment can be made by bank transfer.
